This is so true! There are days where I feel so overwhelmed. I may go onto Pinterest and think that I have to start decorating more of the house, or make more homemade meals and snacks, or whatever (you get the idea). Or I may go onto FB and see all the cool events going on for the week and think I need to go to all of them to be a good mom.

I can tell you that after deleting FB groups, unfollowing IG accounts that didn't' speak to me, and seriously just creating boundaries and only letting in what feeds me, I've had such a calmer mind. I don't listen to the things I NEED to be doing or SHOULD be doing, I'm looking inward and following my inner guidance and living my truth. And because of that, I feel much stronger and confidence in my life.
