I couldn't be happier at this point !!! It is honestly the first time I am so dedicated in what I do !
At the moment I don't take any supplements, my diet is very clean but satisfying, my workouts brutal and ouala there it is maximum results !!! My first competition is in March but the goal for now is to lower my body fat percentage but build at the same time and then at our last phase we will do corrections where necessary !!! Sooooo New Years resolution?
