My seeded/multi-grain fella. Not many crumb shots in my feed anymore. I´ve been following the IG bread community from its overwhelming bloom, trending ferociously towards the inner aesthetics of a loaf nowadays. I truly admire @pipsbread (one of the best bakers out there sharing his amazing skills way before Instagram took over) for stopping posting breads to his ~60K followers and I guess that´s what most people end up doing one day, seeking balance or a healthy distance from social media.
