Easy peasy 15min Chicken Cashew Stir Fry! Chop up all the vegies you like (I used bok choy, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, green beans, shallots) + chicken sliced into pieces. Heat wok, add 1tsp coconut oil, add chicken & cook for 1-2mins, add coconut aminos + organic sweet chilli sauce + tsp raw honey. Cook through. Add all the vegies except for bok choy and cook for 3-4 mins. Add bok choy + handful cashews + sprinkle of chilli flakes. Stir it all through and serve! So much nutrition, so quick & simple 😍 .
