This morning for breakfast I'm having smoked salmon, avo, cherry tomato & leafy greens with a slice of paleo toast. A balanced nutritious meal that takes 5mins to put together. When my patients tell me they eat boxed cereal for breaky like cornflakes, nutrigrain etc and I ask them why? And the most common answer is time - 'its quick and easy'. My response - It's also quick & easy to prepare a nutritionally beneficial breakfast such as mine in the pic! Everyone can spare 5 minutes, even if it means dragging your ass out of bed 5mins earlier 😉 .
