One of my fav salads, consisting of shredded carrot + zucchini, red cabbage, shallots, celery, chicken, macadamias + coconut aminos, sweet chilli and lime juice🙋‍♀️🙌 For vegan/vegetarian option replace chicken with tempeh or tofu 😊 No longer than 10mins to make! Im all about quick, easy, simple, delicious and NUTRITIOUS!! .
