Sneak peak... I’m super excited to share this wine with #vinerationwineclub members in March. Any guesses?
Having been to Vietnam, it takes a lot for an American Vietnamese joint to impress me. @luclackitchen in #Portland nails it. The luc lac beef, pho, fish sauce chicken wings, papaya salad, pork rolls - all of it - just ridiculously flavorful and authentic. The vibe of the place is awesome, too. No one leaves hungry here. 🔥🔥🔥
Enjoyed some very textural and fun wines with @jgcpdx. Grochau Cellars is capturing #Oregon in the bottle in a super accessible way. Be on the lookout for these.
On a clear day like yesterday, this would be a spectacular view! Fog was crazy thick today in the #DundeeHills. Nevertheless, still thankful to be here in any season among the vines and tasting great wines.
Encountered some excellent #chardonnay and #pinotnoir @flaneurwines in Carlton, OR. Winemaker Grant Coulter really has a beautiful style and deep knowledge of the #WillametteValley terroir. Knockout wines.
You don’t come to #Portland for just the wine... turn any direction and you’ll find an awesome coffee roaster. Really enjoying this @trailheadcoffeeroasters PDX dark roast.
