Hi, I’m Rebecca! 👋 Mom to Jack, wife to Chris, creator of the YA Fantasy #EmberDragonDaughter (release date TBA), away from home 60 hours a week. Thank you for coming to my profile and sticking around for awhile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s really important to me to share what I’m learning, the good and bad, and make sure we all know that there is more to life than hiding or surviving. I won’t ever pretend I have a pretty life with no problems. But I will share that I am always grateful, appreciative, excited, growing, pushing through tough days, celebrating the great ones. 2019 is going to be a big one for me, where I’ll be pursuing publishing as an #indieauthor for the first time. It’s probably going to make me cry quite a bit throughout the journey, but I feel so glad that I’ve found a way to CREATE the life I want to live and that I’m taking steps every day to get there. As I learn and pursue, I’m going to share that with my fellow female 9-to-5ers on my podcast #HappyWriteNow, newsletter, and IG/FB liveshows. You’ll see a lot more of that this year!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But as for YouTube, it is no longer a priority in my life. I wanted to put up an announcement video letting everyone know this - I’ve filmed three of them - but none of them do my feelings justice. I’ve learned a lot in 2018 about blind pursuit, but 2019 is all about intentional impact.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Using my time to move my life forward every day and to let go of what no longer makes me happy. So, that’s a bit of what I’ve been feeling lately and the thoughts I’m bringing with me into the new year. I look forward to seeing how these changes in myself will change my life and my family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
