RECIPE ALERT 🚨
_________________________________________________ “Overnight” Oats:
1️⃣1/3-1/2c oats (depending on how many carbs you want to use)
2️⃣1T chia seeds (these add more volume, fiber & healthy fats)
3️⃣1tsp Stevia (I like sweet stuff- you can omit if you want)
4️⃣Add 2/3-1c milk of choice (I did coconut)
5️⃣Mix & refrigerate for at least 3 hours
6️⃣Add toppings of choice!! I chose frozen berries & defrosted them in the microwave for a minute.
