If it wasn’t for Vegas in TWO WEEKS I would not have gotten my ass outta bed this morning to workout.

I’m the type of person who is go go go ALL THE TIME. This is a very masculine type of energy. This leads to stress, exhaustion, burnout, feelings of self doubt and inadequacy.

This happens most often for me in my business, but then carries over into my personal & fitness life too. I start to experience lack of motivation for eating well & exercising, I don’t put the energy in to my relationships with my husband or friends.
_________________________________________________

In order to overcome this masculine energy surge and all or nothing mentality I have been trying to incorporate little things that make me feel GOOD. Things that tune into my feminine energy more.
_________________________________________________

Things like:
>>Lighting candles
>>Diffusing oils >>Drinking my coffee while NOT doing anything else
>>Reading a book (even if it’s just for 5 min)
>>Taking a long shower or hot bath
>>Snuggling with my baby or hubby
>>Yoga
>>Doing my hair or putting on makeup
>>Wearing clothes that make me feel sexy

The list can go on & on.

The point being by incorporating these things I am able to slow the fuck down, actually feel my feelings, and realize when I’m doing too much & need to take a step back. ✨
