🍓🍍 EATING HEALTHY DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE 🍍🍓

As a coach I hear a lot of excuses as to why people don’t eat healthy. One of the most common reason is that eating healthy is expensive.

I totally get it. Go to the store right now & you’ll see fruits and veggies at higher prices than the easy Mac & Ramen. Here’s the thing: yes, healthy foods are more expensive but that doesn’t mean eating healthy has to be !! _________________________________________________

I’ve got a few tips to make your grocery bill budget friendly but still getting nutritious foods in your fridge:

1️⃣Buy frozen!! Fruit & veggies are usually significantly cheaper when you get frozen versus fresh. This is how is get berries in the winter without breaking the bank.
2️⃣Shop the season! Some of my winter favorites are bananas, apples, squash, rutabaga, sweet potatoes.
3️⃣Cut coupons! Okay, most stores have apps for this now but you get the point. Check the ads and see what’s on sale or what you might be able to buy in bulk.
