TOP 4 TIPS TO GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER VACAY

If you saw my last post you’ll know I shared my top tips to have a guilt free vacation. If you missed it- go back and read it first!

Even though my tips are helpful for a guilt free vacay it’s still vacation. You still indulged, ate, drank and probably didn’t move as much as normal. Coming back feeling BLAH can make it hard to get back to the grind which can lead to falling off the wagon completely. You’ve worked too hard for that!! _________________________________________________

Here are a few tips to help get you back on track after vacation:
1️⃣Plan meals + grocery shop ASAP 👍🏼 Order groceries online for pick-up or even delivery if that’s what it’s going to take to have nutritious food in your fridge.
2️⃣Don’t get on the scale right away 🤨 Especially if you have a rocky relationship with it. Wait a few days until things settle down.
3️⃣Get back to your normal routine ASAP 🏃🏻‍♀️ Eating + workout schedules. You might have to force yourself to do it, but you’ll be happy you did!
4️⃣Drink tons of water 💦 You’re bound to be a little
Bloated and retaining water so drinking more water will help with that.
