Strawberry rhubarb pie. It’s a short season for rhubarb here, so I bake a couple pies each year in the early summer. Growing up my parents had a huge patch of rhubarb, so we would enjoy pies and muffins all year because my parents froze it. Good and happy memories baked into my pie this morning. 🥧💛
