Porridge time 😋
Happy Friday les gens!
Quoi de prévu ce week-end ?
J'ai décidé de vous partager ma recette pour le porridge que je mange quasi chaque matin (enfin pas quasi). 😏
Presque tous les produits utilisés sont de chez @nu3_fr #fanendelire :
◾Dans une casserole, mélangez 30-50 g de flocons d'avoine avec une c.s de graines ou farine de chia et de psyllium. Ajoutez-y l'eau et faites cuire à feu doux pour que le tout gonfle.
◾ Dans un bol on mélange 10 g de farine de coco et 15 g de protéine Vegan.
◾ Une fois le mélange de flocons bien gonflé on y ajoute la mixture coco / protéine et on mélange le tout en ajoutant petit à petit de l'eau ou du lait de son choix. Je rajoute souvent de la cannelle ou du cacao! ◾Versez tout ça dans un (joli) bol et ajoutez vos toppings préférés. Mes préférés: graines de chia, banane, fruits rouges, beurre d'amande, de noisettes ou de cacahuète, granola maison ou encore simplement un mélange de noix ! Et Enjoy le délice ! 😍
👉 Dites moi si vous tentez cette recette! 👈 L'enveloppe de psyllium, qui est riche en fibre, va faire d'autant plus gonfler votre base d'avoine donc n'hésitez pas à en ajouter 😋
