Who has a nagging shoulder injury? 
Sometimes you just need a little 'oil change' of the capsule. This technique is a resisted rotational movement that immediately increases active range of motion and decreases pain for various shoulder injuries.

Look good, feel good, do good! 
I have to admit that my rhythm has been off the last few weeks.  The struggle of trying to go it alone with your own business idea is a battle every day

With a job, the battle is just waking up and getting there and trying to have a good attitude

When there is no job to go to, it's easy to just sleep in, stay up late, be lazy.  The battle goes on every day in the head. I find that I really have to fight to be productive consistently.  It's easy to be consistent a couple days

The hard part comes after 6 months of going it alone, mapping out a strategy, executing it and then watching it fall apart.  Then having to wake up with energy after watching months of projects and lofty goals fail to produce the desired result

So today was a goal setting day. I've reset my intentions, and expectations.  Accepting failure as a learning lesson and moving on

Who else is going through this struggle?  I know how you are feeling. If you need someone to vent to and talk to, I will make time to listen to you, because I have friends and family who make time for me.  Keep up the hard work!

Part 2: Diagonal Movements 
This is the reverse movement patterns of the video I posted last week. It simulates and exaggerates basic human movements. Practicing this will improve performance multiple aspects of various sports

To perform: legs move forward and back without any hip rotation, drop or shift. The arm goes from fully extended, externally rotated, and raised about 30-45 degrees. As the foot and arm come forward, the hand crosses down in a diagonal motion to finish internally rotated on the outside of the opposite  foot, at same time as that foot lands 
This movement combines a variety of core activation patterns, upper and lower body, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and by changing the speed from slow, medium and fast, it targets endurance and speed.  This is a great exercise to hit all 6 qualities of the Burdenko Method 
You should add this exercise to your routine every week

How does this exercise accomplish that?

1️⃣ Combines upper & lower body mvmt
2️⃣ Core rotation
3️⃣ Diagonal mvmt pattern
4️⃣ Balance challenge
5️⃣ Brain's ability to enhance performance with new coordination patterns 🔹
🔸Most strength training programs are uniplanar movements; up, down, front back, rotation.  But in life and in sports, every movement is diagonal and rotational at the same time.  This exercise develops those mvmt patterns 🔹
🔸Also, most exercises in a gym are done by the upper or lower body. What sport is this good for?  Computer gaming?  Your exercises need to be full body for sports performance 🔹
🔸Last note: if you want to incorporate Burdenko Method principles, do these slow, medium and fast.  Also, do them forward and backwards (see next video). You can change the direction or pull. You can stand on one leg! There is a lot of variations of this one simple movement. 🔹
