Wow what a great week so far! Yesterday was a mock meet for @hybridperformancemethod and I PR’d all 3 lifts! Started off with a fail at my squat but then fucking grinded it out and got 230# for a 5# PR. Thanks to @hcharlap @maddisonhutton and @jaytris22 for making sure I stood that one up 🤗Then for bench, shown is 135# which I hit once before but this looked SMOOTH! Then also got 140# and my feet were flat! I figured it out @acbales 😂 Lastly the deadlift aka my nemesis. I got my old PR beltless (265 - not shown) and then 275 and 285!! You have no idea how excited I am about this. I will deadlift 300# this year!
