I managed to do a 45' run - tan and take a picture how about that!! 😍

For this prep I am my own coach and I am so so happy!

I can control what I eat how hard I push myself and make sure I stay healthy!

From  previous preps bad coach experiences I suffered from binge eating, constant hunger and tiredness, gained all the weight back!

This time my main focus is to keep my hormones and insulin resistance in balance!

For me the time you push yourself over your limits is maximum 6 weeks to not disturb the above!
That being said I am ready to transform myself!

When your lower belly fat wants to make the difference🀣🀣🀣 That was my first cardio for today - I am back to running I dont recommend it though if you dont have the right shoes and running path. But it's me and I prefer to do whatever I feel at the moment abd I felt that I have to move a little bit more and focus on mu general fitness and not only in aesthetics
I always find ways to make my training enjoyable while I an reaching my goals
This goes also to  my clients, I try to incorporate in their programs training methods that they like and enjoy while seeing progress and making a step forward!!! Tomorrow is my active rest day and time for family and friends!

As cliche as it sounds treating myself makes me feel better and @madi_moodspa is the best choice for that!

You may be opponent to body image issues and promote the beauty that comes from inside but as strong as we might say we are at the end of the day it is you against YOU. YOU are your strongest enemy and there are times you feel week and you cannot help it but feel awful.

When that time comes especially off season I try to meditate, go for long walks and have long conversations with myself! I try to dig deep in my mind and soul and learn my true self and why I feel the way I feel! I try to reach my naked soul and heel the wounds from past mistakes and wrong decisions!

It is myself that matters more and this doesnt mean I am all about my "ego"! It means that if I am in peace with myself I can grow as a person and give more to family friends and society!

What do you do to make you  feel better?

I am taking a small break from my training at the moment and enjoy life!!!
It is si important to let your body breath relax so it can come back stronger and ready for another prep or just weightloss or musclegain

I am also planning to do a 7 day water fast😊😊😊 so stay tuned for that!

For me getting a final pump before stage is like every step I take in my life!
It is a procedure that takes me mentally and physically where I have to be!
