🍭Prep update !!!
I couldn't be happier at this point !!! It is honestly the first time I am so dedicated in what I do !

At the moment I don't take any supplements, my diet is very clean but satisfying, my workouts brutal and ouala there it is maximum results !!! My first competition is in March but the goal for now is to lower my body fat percentage but build at the same time  and then at our last phase we will do corrections where necessary !!! Sooooo New Years resolution?

Stick to the plan, stick to my goals, push hard, work hard, show dedication !!!! What are your goals for 2018?

It is not I am showcasing my body for the seek of nudity! I am showing my hard work and my gratitude that I can prove that when your are so passionate about something you can achieve it! I dare you to look at my pictures one month ago - the difference is not only noticeable ! I completely changed! 
And here's when I say you have to let go of your ego , your needs that you know will push you back and focus on the end goal! 
Don't only wish for it - make it the first picture that will pop up in your head the minute you wake up and the last one before you close your eyes at night!
This comes to any goal any desire ! 
You wanna be something in your life? Fight for it like there is no tomorrow! 
What I constantly hear when I talk to people is excuses! Excuses for not putting themselves in a position that makes them uncomfortable!
Cause nothing is given to someone without sweat , tears , hard work !
Hard work always pays off and if you lose? 
You know you you will get out stronger from it!
So it's a win!
I don't need any type of motivation to keep me going ! My motivation is my willpower to destroy anything that will get into my way! I consider myself a fighter because this is my attitude in life and this is what will help me get somewhere! Sitting at home and wondering what if or complaining won't !
So whatever bothers you at the moment or goes wrong  put it down and don't waste one more second to pity you! You deserve more than that , you deserve a fight that will make things right for you !!!
Thank you 2017 ! For all the happy and sad moments, for what I have and have not achieved - how I evolved as a person ! For all the smiles and tears! For the people I met and lost ! For the dreams , the thoughts, the excitement ! Thank you ! This is the last time I looked at the mirror and saw this picture of me ! 
Welcome 2018 I am ready to do it all over again but different ! I have to beat this girl in the mirror ! I have to do better! I have to chase my dreams harder! I have to become a better person! I want to look at the mirror at the end of 2018 and smile as I did today!

Some mini update for you allπŸ˜πŸ™ˆ I am counting 4 weeks into prep at the moment and I couldn't be happier πŸ˜‡

I won't lie my diet is super strict at the moment ( the food choices are the same ) and my workouts are outing this world! 
1 month without processed food and sugar my skin is flawless - the tightest it has ever been without even a sign of a pimple !
I am 10.5% bf at the moment 59 kg and I look leaner than ever!
My energy level are super high and I have no desire to take any supplement for the time being! I will probably when my bf drops under 10%

As for my workouts I do circle workouts and I work for each exercise 20-40 reps with maximum weight! My heart beat is always high and I go over my limits each time!
This method gave me a huge transformation the past month and we keep going!!!
My do cardio daily 30' incline walking on leg days and 40' the rest 7/7
My workout split is 
Legs front 
Legs back 
It is the best prep I had so far and 2018 will be my year !!! The goal is to get my IFBB elite card and rank high πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ What are your goals for 2018?

Heyyy guys !!! I am starting my week strong with legs today 😍😍😍 Many of you don't know that but I used to be a Group Exercise instructor and I loved teaching Zumba and aerobics ! I barely lifted because of the endless hours of cardio and every night I  ate sweets - my reward for the day but also because my glucose levels were low after so much hard work jumping around!
The results?
I was skinny fat with a good amount of fat covering my body and my metabolism suffered ! 
I did hours of cardio and ate so little. 
That was the time I realized I had to change. So I started lifting every day after work ( the hours of cardio ) and since then I never looked back! My metabolism rocks, I look way much better and I feel stronger than ever!

And that was only the beginning to what I have become now but this is a totally different story!
