Oh boy prep can be so overwhelming that you barely remember what was priority before you started. Since I decided that I have a long way to go here let me address my current goals so I have no excuse lol !

1. Family and friends ! Hello !!! You are not alone in this world gorgeous and in case you wanna be fine but if not - take some freaking action @mimi_chris_ I miss you

2. Sleep - relax - destress - get some ''me time '' - cause those hormones will go crazeeeee and cause insulin spike without even consuming sugar babe!!! _____
3. Business! Remember all the amazing ideas , the plans , the goals ek ek ek? REMEMBER? Ok now thank me later and go for it.

4. YOUTUBING !!! Yes we understand - sometimes you wake up like shit , you can't barely talk and you spend half of your day trying to find some abs here! Yes we get it - it is important , we give our support but STOP IT ! Nothing will change in 3 hours time ! Trust me NOTHING ! So get your shit together and FILM ! 
5. BE HAPPY ! Smile more ! Conquer those bad moments and feelings ! Girl you decided that this is your life from now on. It was an adult decision and body and mind agreed that this is your dream - YOUR DREAM ! So be happy with it - smile because you are living it.

6. WHATEVER IT TAKES DOLL TO SUCCEED ! The goal was is and will be the same - to succeed in everything you dare of dreaming !

In case you did not get that it is me talking to myself ! Yes I do that ! I am the harshest and meanest judge of myself ! This is my way to keep pushing or wake me up from my laziness!

It is awesome that at an era where people live of ready to go meals and processed food many are trying to get us back to natural and organic. I am all in and I am also trying to make better food or shopping choices. But it is totally different when at 2017 with free internet , open research sources and libraries people are still afraid of supplements and not only afraid also agressive to anyone that took a personal decision to add them in his life!

Hey look who is back from the dead? It is so frustrating to get sick during prep !  I was in bed for 3 whole days ! So imagine the stress I already had and multiply it by 100. It was a nightmare😩 
But life is life and there is no time to complain ! I will add some cardio , drink more water this week and do double sessions for the lost sessions! 
There are no excuses 4 weeks out and everything counts! I will bring my best physique this time and there is no space to negotiate this!

Since I started competing I feel like I am Khaleesi, constantly fighting for  my Kingdom aka grow dat gluteus maximus ! The struggle is real and this stubborn part of my body won't work with me! Neeeee it refuses !Β 
But hey with a little bit extra torture I can feel the blood slowly flowing in that area and yaaassss I start feeling that there are muscle fibers you can actually move there! Holly molly!
So I perform those exercises before my actual workout and feel the pump !
Do 2 sets of 15-20 reps ( also that elastic band is a bargain 1 euro or pound from @tiger )

Summer Vol 2 πŸ™ˆπŸ‘™πŸ˜ I am so glad I can stay a little bit more in Greece , enjoy the sun and the beauty that comes with it. Deep into prep at the moment proving that you can combine holidays and goals! It took me approx an hour yesterday to prep my food for today , but guess what ? I can enjoy the beach and my ready to eat meals without questioning the universe, myself and my decisions! One thing that I took early from @natashamcconalogue is that you become what you act for! If you train and eat like a champion there is a big chance you will become one!

So here is the deal folks , if the sun is in you , you defo can't live in a wet and grumpy place ! But this is also what I say when I get enough heat! That I can't deal with high temperature any more lol!!!
My point? Be happy wherever you are , don't let anything from the outside affect your inside ! Said " myself" to encourage "myself" !

I think it is really interesting to see how my body will change and still recover from my augmentation surgery - my belly is holding water and my chest is still swollen 😩😩! I will do my best πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
