Teamwork makes the dream work! Wellington Elementary held its beautification day over the weekend. Students and their families, staff and volunteers all came together to make this day a success. Painting, mulching, weeding, planting and cleaning were the tasks accomplished. ☀️🌴
It's #ReadAcrossAmericaDay and Dr. Seuss' birthday ! Pick up a book, magazine or article and read for at least 15 minutes! 15 minutes seems to be the “magic number” at which students start seeing substantial positive gains in reading achievement; students who read just over a half-hour to an hour per day see the greatest gains of all.
