So excited about @teamiblends 30 day detox! I am very conscious of what I put into my body....They have every ingredient listed on their website, so I know exactly what I’m drinking. This program is full of beneficial ingredients. I have so much more natural energy and I don’t feel as bloated after meals. Gut health is so important to overall health, and teami blends have been so great to add to my health routine. Use my code LEXIA for 15% off ☺️ #thankyouteami #teamipartnership
Teaching my first group yoga class tonight at @_malibuhealthclub_ 6pm-7pm ☺️🙏 my goal today is to breathe, hold a safe space for my students and allow the process to unfold #letitgoletitflow #yoga

Happy Birthday to this beauty!! You’re my lemon to my activated charcoal 🤗 Thanks for adding zest to my life 💛 love you!!
What a crazy 6 months this has been! I officially completed my 500 hour teacher training certification 🙌 I still feel there is so much more to learn, but I also have to remember to be content with where I am at in this moment and not get ahead of myself. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. You guys have inspired me with your stories and I have learned so much from each of you. It has not been an easy journey but I am so lucky for this opportunity and I am ready for what’s next! #YogaWorks #500YTT
Life goes through cycles. Sometimes we can feel uprooted and out of balance and other times grounded and centered. The key is perspective. Coming back to our breath is where we can find space and ease in the body. Using our breath we can shift our awareness and reconnect with our inner self, our true north.

International Yoga Day ☺️ #kingpigeon can be a very confronting pose for me, one that I tend to avoid, but as it has been said...the yoga pose you avoid is the one you need the most. Just as certain poses in yoga can get uncomfortable so can the things that come up in our lives. It is much more challenging to sit with something and be in the present moment than allowing the mind to wander and distract us. Being in the moment is a great opportunity often missed for growth and understanding, not just of ourselves, but of others. #getuncomfortable #staypresent #EkaPadaRajakapotasana 📷: @anissadavis
