You should be accountable for what you are putting into your body! It should not be such a foreign thing to control and understand how many calories you are consuming on a daily basis! Food is a source of fuel and energy for your body, any calories that you consume that you don't burn off in a day will be stored as fat! -
Weighing your food is not so hard to do, buy a food scale it takes an extra minute to put exactly how many grams you need! Tracking your calories and macros can guarantee you fat loss results! While eating "clean foods" and the "right amount" which you have just guessed may not give you any results and make you want to binge on junk food! #keepthepump

Nooo. Weight loss is only achieved by being in a caloric deficit, so you are burning more calories than what you are consuming! -
Cardio such as walking on a treadmill or even sprinting/running is just a tool you can use to burn more calories! This can create a larger caloric deficit so you burn more fat. Or you can use it to burn more calories, so you can eat more calories (how much you eat must be equivalent to how much you burnt) -
Sure it has great benefits for your cardio vascular and overall health which is why I do it multiple times per week even when bulking! But you don't have to run for 2 hours to get Shredded, hell you could run for 2 hours and not burn any fat cause your consuming too many calories πŸ˜› #keepthepump

The Lean Bulk is going well! I feel like my overall physique has improved. Muscle fullness and muscle bellies have improved! My body fat is still staying relatively low for being on a bulk since I'm tracking my food and macros everyday! I'm eating 3300 calories everyday, loving it! Too scared to push it further than that as I don't wanna get heaps soft & fat πŸ˜‚
