Summer School 2019....we did it!
All Muhlenberg Elementary Families: Meet the new principal and enjoy a free Kona Ice! Tuesday, August 20 from 5:00 to 6:30.
Congratulations to our Assistant Principal Mrs. Mosser who will be leading a school of her own in the Exeter Township School District! Thank you for the energy, creativity and passion you brought to Muhlenberg and for your decades of commitment and dedication to the Allentown School District. You will be missed!
The letter below was sent home @ the end of the school year. For those of you who may have missed it, please check it out below. Info to be shared soon about our new principal! Dear Muhlenberg Families, I have been committed to the Allentown School District for 16 years in various roles and prior to that I taught in NYC and Harrisburg. My 21 years in public education have been rewarding, inspiring, and educational. I am grateful for the relationships I have built and the positive experiences I have been a part of with the students, families and staff I have served. I believe life is a series of chapters and I have decided to move on to something new. I will continue to lead Muhlenberg until the end of this summer, supporting with the transition to help make it as smooth as possible. I will then be moving forward to work in our community on some new ventures, including collaborating with the Pratyush Sinha Foundation to continue its mission to bring Mindfulness work to schools in the Lehigh Valley. I believe we all have a daily responsibility to help make the world a bit kinder, more accepting and understanding. Congrats again to Dr. Fuller who is in Boston receiving the RAMP award on behalf of Muhlenberg, a prestigious award that very few schools in PA or the USA have received.
