HELLO WORLD 🙌💕 What is everyone up to today? I've been catching up with some reading after being busy with work so long. Don't you just hate when life's responsibilities get in the way of reading time?

I recently finished #Everless by Sara Holland and now I'm looking at my bookcase, confused about what's next 😕

I'm leaning towards my copy of Between the Blade and the Heart by Amanda Hocking..? Should I?

Thank you @huginamug_za for sending me this cute little mug (a while back 🙁) but I swear it's my FAVORITE. I use it every day of my life. 😂
"We can't help the way we're born. We can't help what we are, only what life we choose to make for ourselves." is a - Leigh Bardugo // #WonderWoman #Warbringer

Will this be my next read? I honestly can't decide what to read next. I love Ms Bardugo and still want to give her latest a try 🙌

What is everyone reading?
"I

A long way
Away.
Skyscrapers
Made out
Of
Words." - How to Stop Time by Matt Haig ❤ - Review in Bio.
Hello World,

I hope everyone is having a productive reading week. I've been away from the Bookstagram world for so long, I had to research all the books releasing this year 😁

There are so many exciting titles out there and I can't wait 🙌 The most anticipated read for me is definitely the final #ThroneofGlass book 😣 I'm so excited to learn about our characters and see how their stories wrap up.
What books are you excited about?
Hi world,
I've been busy, extremely busy. Mostly living life and enjoying it but work was in there somewhere as well ✔ I've been horrible with reading lately and even though I always say this will change, it's just become too much to read 4 books a month.
I will try though. Of course I will try, it's reading 😊 | I read #HowtoStopTime by #MattHaig quite some time back and finally found time to write the review. Matt was by far one of the best writers I had the priviledge of reading.

I have something to announce really soon but I'm so excited, I decided to drop a hint with this picture 😊

Okay, it's probably the worst type of hint because it could be anything but I'm still posting it ❤

Question: How many of you are writers? You don't have to be published or anything. I've always wanted to write my own books and I know some of you love poetry as well.
Hello World,

I just posted a new #bookreview on my blog! Pushing Perfect by Michelle Falkoff was sent to me by @jonathanballkids 💙

The lovely @dvisa_chris reviewed this book, which has a lot of Gossip Girl and Pretty Little Liars elements. Fans of the popular series will definitely find it a easy read to get lost into 😊

Description:

A girl’s quest for perfection results in dangerous consequences in this layered, suspenseful YA novel by the author of Playlist for the Dead.

How far would you go to be perfect?

Kara has the perfect life. She gets perfect grades. She never messes up. Until now. Because perfection is an illusion, and Kara has been struggling to maintain it for as long as she can remember. With so much pressure to succeed, it’s hard not to do whatever it takes.
But when Kara takes a new underground drug to help her ace the SATs, she doesn’t expect to get a text from a blocked sender, telling her to follow a set of mysterious instructions—or risk her dark secret getting out. Soon she finds herself part of a group of teens with secrets of their own, who are all under the thumb of the same anonymous texter. And if they don’t find a way to stop the blackmailer, their perfect futures will go up in flames.

This dark, emotionally resonant contemporary YA novel is perfect for fans of We Were Liars and The Secret History.
i want to apologize to all the women i have called beautiful
before i’ve called them intelligent or brave
i am sorry i made it sound as though
something as simple as what you’re born with
is all you have to be proud of
when you have broken mountains with your wit
from now on i will say things like
you are resilient, or you are extraordinary
not because i don’t think you’re beautiful
but because i need you to know
you are more than that - Rupi Kaur ❤

Hope everyone is having a beautiful week. Here is some #WednesdayMotivation 😊
Stripped of both magical and political power, the people he once ruled told he's dead, and now imprisoned in his own magical dungeon, former Emperor Gavin Guile has no prospect of escape. But the world faces a calamity greater than the Seven Satrapies has ever seen... and only he can save it.
As the armies of the White King defeat the Chromeria and old gods are born anew, the fate of worlds will come down to one question: Who is the Lightbringer?

I was sent #TheBloodMirror by Brent Weeks a while back by Jonathan Ball Publishers 😊 - has anyone read this series?
Stormy day in Cape Town ❤

Even though I have work to do, I can't wait to finish everything so that I can get back into bed with a good book and a warm mug of love 😊

I'm also writing out some post for the blog. I haven't written opinion pieces in a while so I'm glad to be back in the swing of things. |

I'm a few chapters away from finishing Almost Adulting by Arden Rose 🌹

I know Arden is a blogger and even though this is a self help book, I actually really enjoyed it. It's completely relatable and funny. I have been speeding through most of the book because the writing is simple and to the point.

Can't wait to publish review.
Book was sent to me by Jonathan Ball Publishers in exchange for an honest review 😊
Hello World 😊

I finally finished How to Stop Time by Matt Haig - now I have much to say and think through. I'm eager to write my review and try to make sense of my emotions and thoughts, which are all clouded 😀

Ever feel like the ending of a book can cause you to feel drained? There's those exciting endings that inspire you to grab another book and then there's those endings that cause you to make a cup of something warm and sleep 😦

Or am I just crazy... 😒
