For about 10 months, I've been searching for a more solid job and I finally got confirmation this morning. It has all the perks I've been looking for and I get to write all day πŸ‘πŸ½ - BTW, I studied journalism so I'm actually a writer by day, blogger by night πŸ™ƒ

For a while, my life seemed to stand still and I finally feel like things are moving along. The best part? I will still have time to work on my blog because it's home based 😍

Thank God for all the blessings.

This week has honestly felt like a dream. Got so much work done, been productive on my blog and tomorrow I get to kick start the #AshPrincessBlogTour πŸ™ŒπŸΌ don't miss out on my review: it will be available on the blog tomorrow! ❀️ Ps, I have more news coming soon. I just have to practice patience before I let the world know.

My family and I are obsessed with Hug in a Mug. We literally argue about who gets the last cappuccino πŸ˜‚ I am loving the new Creamy Cappuccino, which is odd because I don't really drink regular cappuccino flavor.
They're perfect for cold, winter days β˜•

What is your favorite flavor?

I've finally decided to re-read #TheThroneofGlass series, all in preparation for the final book, #KingdomofAsh πŸ™πŸΌ I joined @moonlight_books read-a-long (thanks to and I'm only starting on Saturday. But no worries, there is no pressure to catch up just yet.

The best part is, you also stand the chance of winning a copy of Kingdom of Ash πŸ™ŒπŸΌβ€οΈ Who joined a Throne of Glass read-a-long ahead of the final book?
NEW BOOK REVIEW | "You are worth more than a thousand perfect notes." _

I reviewed A Thousand Perfect Notes by C.G Drews on my blog today πŸ™ŒπŸΌ LINK IN BIO.

I've been on a reading spree lately, devouring any book that comes my way. I usually can't finish a book that bores me or can't pull me in. But I'm starting to see the beauty in every book.

#JonathanBallPublishers sent me Wild Signs and Star Paths by Tristan Gooley. It isn't at all what I would usually read but it's beautiful hardcover pulled me in. Its surprisingly so interesting πŸ˜‚ I honestly can't believe it.

Have you ever stepped out of your genre?
LETTERS TO THE LOST | "When everything goes to hell around you, the only way to go is forward." - Brigid Kemmerer.

I reviewed #LettersToTheLost some time back. I really resonated with the character of Rev, I'm hoping to get my hands on his story soon ❀️ Who was your favorite?

For a long time, I struggled with self-love. It was one of the reasons I stepped away from my blog. With every post and photograph, I tore myself down and convinced myself that my content wasn't good enough. Towards the end of 2017, I started feeling anxious and self-destructive, hating on myself whenever I had the chance. Basically, my mind was constantly against me - telling me I wasn't good enough whenever it had the chance.

But once 2018 came knocking, I decided to be kind to myself. I decided to forgive myself for hating on everything I do and be more loving. I started taking my diet seriously, I started accepting that I was beautiful in my own way and finally, I accepted that my content was my own - I had begun comparing my feed to others (not a good idea) . I also started working on loving myself, ALL of me, but it's a journey I'm still working on.

I received #MilkandHoney by @rupikaur_ as a birthday present in March. I devoured it but I realized later that the book was meant to be a slow read, something to open when you're feeling low and need some encouragement. Sometimes I used it to read my thoughts on paper - the heart breaking parts at least.

I loved the book and will be doing a review soon. I'm dying to get my hands on her second.

I won't say Milk and Honey helped me see the light but it definitely helped me gain back some confidence. ❀️

Since Kingdom of Ash is nearly here - how did that happen? - I'm contemplating a re-read. But I have a huge TBR and I really don't want to spend months on those thick books. However, I feel like I owe it to the series to refresh my memory.

I loved Tower of Dawn and I really didn't think I would, especially since I was never a Chaol fan πŸ˜‚ Check out my review of the book, available on the blog.

Who is planning a Throne of Glass marathon?

I haven't been blogging much because I had a lot of work to sort through. But I finally started to manage my time better - ensuring my blog gets some more attention. I haven't been inspired to do any photography in a while. But recently, I've been inspired by all the beautiful work on this app.

I updated a few images on my blog - including the review of #PushingPerfect by Michelle Falkoff, which was reviewed by a guest blogger. Go and check it out!

I reviewed A Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo on my blog today - LINK in bio πŸ‘πŸΌ _ "Filled with stories as dark and intricate as its stunning cover, these stories perfectly capture your attention for hours." What did you guys think of this beautiful novel? My favorite stories were The Too-Clever Fox and The Soldier Prince.
Hello world 😊

I finally uploaded a new review : Everless by Sara Holland. I know it's been a while but adjusting to work life and blog life has been more than exhausting.

All I can say is I'M TRYING πŸ˜‚ but I hope you all have been doing amazing. I will be sharing all the books I'm reading/or read already so please stay tune for more reviews.

I really enjoyed Everless by Sara Holland. I'm always attracted to mystery and fantasy, especially when they are set in a court lifestyle. I had a few problems with Jules, our lead. She was a bit naive and reckless but I've decided to support her.

I can't wait to see what Sara does with this world. ❀️ LINK IN BIO FOR FULL REVIEW βœ”οΈ #Everless #SaraHolland #youngadult #bookreviews #bookreview #YAbooks #bookstagram #bookphotography
Hi world,
I've been busy, extremely busy. Mostly living life and enjoying it but work was in there somewhere as well βœ” I've been horrible with reading lately and even though I always say this will change, it's just become too much to read 4 books a month.
I will try though. Of course I will try, it's reading 😊 | I read #HowtoStopTime by #MattHaig quite some time back and finally found time to write the review. Matt was by far one of the best writers I had the priviledge of reading.
