we love to say “she woke up one day + everything changed” .
+ so many people just WAIT for that day... but here is the TRUTH
.
You’re not always ready + it can be really scary to make the change in your life whether it’s quitting your job, leaving a relationship, moving to a new city, starting a workout program or finally cleaning out that closet you said you were going to in “spring cleaning”
.
But once you make the decision to TAKE THAT STEP, to LEAP into the FEAR + go after what you want .
That is when the real WORK begins✨

There are going to be good days, incredible days + not so good days
.
Some days you’ll take 2 steps forward + the next day you’ll take 17 back... it happens .
But what is going to CHANGE everything for you - is when you CONTINUE to show up for YOU, YOUR GOALS + YOUR DREAMS everyday💛

No matter how good or bad the day was before, those who succeed continue to show up for themselves ✨

week 1 is done🙌🏼

Here were my goals this week:
.
✨ no coffee ✅ completed
✨ no dairy ✅ had a little cheese last night so 98%  which pumped about ✨ down 2 lbs ✅ I’m down 3.5
✨ morning routine ✅ every day 👯‍♀️
.
It feels soooo good to have my energy back up, my sleep pattern more normal, my travel bloating (+ summer drinking😳😂) reduced 👯‍♀️ and more importantly I’ve talked to SO many people over the last few weeks with how SICK they’ve been all summer + already this fall + I’m honestly SO thankful for my current routine because it allows me to FUEL my body with proper nutrients + keep it on its A GAME to reduce the risk of getting a cold 🙌🏼👯‍♀️
