The Castaic community plays an important role to help educate and prepare our future leaders. We thrive on the foundation of our partnerships by working together to develop innovative educational opportunities for students. Pictured here are Deputy Hartman from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station and Officer Hallgren from the California Highway Patrol training 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students at Northlake Hills Elementary. Students were trained on how to safely open car doors and help keep our valet moving in the morning. Northlake is fortunate to count on community partnerships such as this one to promote safety for our families. With this training, students will have an opportunity to provide a community service that will benefit all of the students at Northlake Hills Elementary School. #MakeHopeHappenCUSD #CUSDCommunity @SCVSHERIFF @CHP_Newhall @CHPsouthern
