Announcement to 11th grade parents❗️Join us tomorrow night (April 16th) at 6:00PM in the Robert Frost Auditorium.  We will be sharing important information to prepare your students for 12th grade by covering topics such as:
. Essay writing
. Preparing for FAFSA
. Checking financials for college
. Researching scholarship opportunities
. Getting your student prepared for the $100 application fee
Mark your calendars if you are a parent of an 11th grade student!  CCHS’s counselors will be presenting important information to prepare your student for senior year on April 16th at 6:00PM at the Robert Frost Auditorium.  Topics will include graduation requirements, college planning, and much more!

Here are tips to reduce some stress in preparation for finals tomorrow from Culver City High School’s guidance counselors:
1. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep each night 
2. Eating balanced diet
3. Drinking plenty of water
4. Stretch, walk, exercise, and simply get up for at least 30 minutes a day.  It will help your body relaxants de-stress
4. Reduce screen time and try to unplug for at least 30 minutes before bed
5. Believe in yourself!
