Have you met McCabe Professor of Philosophy and chair of the Philosophy and Religion Department, John Lemos?

John enjoys watching NBA games, playing tennis and fishing. Though he's retired from triathlons, he still likes to run, bike and swim.

He appreciates Coe's support of his scholarly pursuits, enabling him to publish three books and more than 30 articles during the 25 years he's taught here. "Coe is a very pleasant place to work. It allows me the opportunity to work with many bright, curious, conscientious students. Due to the fact that we are a small college without graduate programs, I am able to get to know my students on a personal level, and I find that very rewarding."
Kohawk Tip: The Alumni Garden is a beautiful spot to picnic, read or just enjoy the summer sun. The garden is open weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Coe is honored to be recognized as an organization committed to the health and wellness of its employees.
Next time you're on campus, check out the sustainability map outside Nassif House to see all the ways Coe is going green. #CoeGreen
