Instructions for the Recipe:
karanji stuffing recipe:
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take dry coconut.
further add powdered sugar and poppy seeds.
further add chopped dry fruits.
then add cardamom powder and mix well.
finally, the stuffing is ready to prepare karanji. keep aside.
karanji dough recipe:
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida and salt to taste.
further pour very hot ghee over maida.
now rub and crumble the dough well between your hands.
furthermore, add milk and knead the dough.
further, cover with a moist cloth and rest for 30 minutes.
karanji recipe:
now pinch a small ball sized dough and roll it to a ball.
further, roll to a slightly thick puris and cut to a round shape.
also grease with warm milk to the edges of the puri.
now place a tsp of the prepared coconut stuffing in the middle of the puri.
now stick the edges together and press slightly.
furthemore, press the edge gently and fold it inside.
now take the tip that comes out press it again and fold it.
furthermore, deep fry the karanjis till they turn golden brown.
finally, drain over the kitchen towel and serve.

besan batter recipe:
1. In a large mixing bowl sieve besan, bombay rava and pinch of baking soda.
2. To that add orange food colour and give a rough mix.
now add water slowly and prepare smooth flowing batter.
Boondi preparation recipe
3. Take fine vegetable grater.
4. Pour prepared besan batter.
5. Slowly tap and make sure the drops of besan fall into oil.
take off and drain over the kitchen paper towel.
Sugar syrup recipe:
6. In a kadai, take 1 cup of sugar and add ¼ cup of water.
mix well till you attain 1 string consistency.
Mothichoor laddu recipe:
7. Now add lemon juice to sugar syrup.
also add some orange food color.
8. To that add cardamom powder and give a good mix.
then add prepared boondi.
9. Mix well and make sure to coat the all the boondi with sugar syrup.
10. Now take half the quantity of boondi coated with sugar syrup and blend 3-4 pulses in mixi to form coarse powder.
add some chopped dry fruits and mix well.
11. Now add milk and give a good mix.
12. Prepare the ladoo taking a small amount of boondi.

Instructions for the Recipe:
1. Roast slightly semolina on a pan for 2 to 3 mins on low flame. Keep this aside. Take another pan add ghee and place it on low flame.
2. Add crushed almonds and saute.
3. Add milk and allow to boil.
4. After 5 to 6 mins put cardamom powder. Add sugar also add more if more sweeter required.
5. Add chopped banana slices and salt.
6. Now add the roasted semolina and keep stirring continuously. Else it might stick to the bottom. Once the semolina absorbs milk and start getting thicker. You will see the texture changing. The pudding should be uniform and smooth. Switch off the gas.
Garnish with few roasted almonds. Your Badam Suji Halwa is ready serve warm

Instructions for the Recipe:
1. Heat a non stick pan add fresh grated coconut and ghee.
2. Saute nicely also add sesame seed and poppy seed.
3. Mix nicely and saute until the moisture dries from the coconut.
4. Now add sweetened condensed milk, salt if using and cardamom powder. Stir nicely.
5. Keep stirring and allow the mixture to reduce and thicken.
6. After some time you would notice the mixture starts leaving the edges of the pan. If you are palnning to add color then add now. Mix nicely.
7. Switch off the gas allow the mixture to cool down.
8. Spread the desiccated coconut on a tray or dish.
9. Once the mixture is warm yet manageable make small balls.
10. Roll them on the desiccated coconut powder. You could also add some pistachio flakes and roll ladoos over them but it's optional.
Place them in the fridge for a longer shelf of life. Serve the coconut ladoos as offering to god or eat them.
