We love “Mousie, I Will Read to You” by Rachael Cole, illustrated by Melissa Crowton! An exceptionally lovely book that follows a mama mouse and a baby mouse on the little mouse’s journey to becoming a reader. It will make you want to cuddle and read to your little ones for as long as they will let you! A thoughtful gift for a parent or child.
Just arrived! Margaret Peterson Haddix’s “Children of Jubilee”. Book 3 in The Children of Exile Series. The set makes a thoughtful gift for your YA reader (or yourself)!
Our parking lot is nearly full on this warm December Sunday! By the way, we’re open until 8:00 tonight.
As leaves fall from their trees, animals huddle against the cold, and frost creeps across the window, everyone knows - winter is on its way! A sister and brother explore nature as they stroll through their twinkling town. A beautiful, peaceful book. “Goodbye Autumn, Hello Winter” by Kenard Pak.
Thank you, Oge! It was a wonderful afternoon. And very kind of you to share your time and talent with family, friends and young readers. Your book is wonderful, timely message of giving and the red stew is delicious beyond words.
