Everyone say hi to Courtney!! She has been a member at Mettle for a while now, and we are so happy to have her! Courtney is kind, funny + always ready to strike a conversation! She attends the 6 pm class most days of the week and also a member of our fortitude class! She’s a great motivator + she never gives up! I needed a new CrossFit home, and Ashley convinced me to finally try her gym! //
What’s your favorite Crossfit movement? 
All the cleans! //
What’s your least favorite Crossfit movement? 
Ughhhh, snatch and squats! //
What is your current occupation? 
I’m a fourth grade teacher! //
What is your favorite physical activity outside of Crossfit? 
Does laying by the pool count?? //
What’s your favorite cheat meal? 
Some chips and queso with an ice cold margarita! //
Do you have a current Crossfit goal? Is so what is it?
Honestly, I just want to be fit and strong. I get to push myself everyday, and still feel like I’m dying after every workout;even years later!

We are SLEEPING IN for the month of October! 💤 There will be no Fortitude class on Saturdays at 7 AM. So catch some extra ZZZ’s! // HOWEVER there is still a 9 am Community Workout!!! So come sweat with us then and bring a friend! 💪🏼 we look forward to seeing you!

Meet Blake!!! He has been a member of Crossfit Mettle for about 4 months now. He is constantly challenging himself and cracking jokes! You can catch him at the 6pm class on the regular! If you haven’t met him yet, don’t be afraid to say hi!

To stay in shape after moving to SA
2. What’s your favorite Crossfit movement?
Prolly back squat, push jerks, or pull ups
3. What’s your least favorite Crossfit movement? 
Snatches or assault bike

Construction sales

Prolly just working outside or on the ranch

Just eating a lot of mexican food

Squat 300 pounds, unbroken handstand pushups, learn butterfly pullups
