A roasted Chinese black tea grown in the Wuyi Mountains, found in the north-west of Fujian Province, China. This area is well-known for its Wuyi rock oolong teas. The relatively-large and twisted tea leaves are produced by hand in the traditional method, and yield a smooth golden-orange liquor with fruity and charcoal tones.
