Always happy to be back in San Diego! Let’s do this, #SDCC. See you in Hall H. #TWD
Believe in yourself. You can make change. Join the women making change. #BeMoreHuman @Reebok
Women have the power to lift their families and communities out of poverty, but how can they function at their best in work environments that can be so deeply hostile? In this month’s #LoveOurGirls Newsletter, we highlight the global struggles of women dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace as we focus on the terrific work of @CAREorg, an organization I’ve always admired. They’re globalizing the #MeToo movement by spearheading efforts to break silence and change laws through their #ThisIsNotWorking campaign. Learn more and sign an important petition at the link in my bio!
This woman right here! As versatile as #vibranium! Congratulations to the stupendous, EMMY-NOMINATED @LetitiaWright!!! You are incredible little sis! #BlackMirror #Emmys
One goal: To be the best version of ourselves. For as long as I can remember, from when I jumped in the pool at 2 to gate crash my older sister’s swimming lesson, fitness has been a constant part of my life. Together with @Reebok, I’m ready to encourage women in our pursuit to #BeMoreHuman.
We want you! Join our efforts in breaking down the barriers holding girls and women back in the fight against poverty: http://bit.ly/onepsdg

#Bono and @ONE campaign are true soldiers for real change, and it’s an honor to work with them to help end extreme poverty. I would like to send my sincerest thank you to everyone who came out to the #PovertyisSexist event @ConnieBritton and I held and rocked out with us at #U2’s concert! #AboutLastNight #WomenoftheWorldTakeover @susankelechiwatson @ladyzjah @uzoaduba @andrewrannells @dopequeenpheebs @alancummingsnaps @aasifmandvi @carlagugino #andrewlincoln #jackdavenport #stephenmangan #richardcoyne #sydneyburtner
It was a yearning to give African stories voice that set me on my path. I sat down recently with #BreakingBigPBS to discuss my journey, how I had to learn the rules so I knew how to break them, and my hope for future generations of girls and women to reclaim our power through the arts. Tune in tonight at 8:30PM ET/ 7:30PM CT on @PBS, @Ozy or @FacebookWatch!
It’s all about the little things that matter in our latest #LoveOurGirls newsletter. We continue focusing on heroic women with one of my personal inspirations, Wangari Maathai, the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize. Through the simple act of planting trees, she proved how the little things we do can ultimately make an incredible difference. Learn all about her environmental legacy, charitable foundation, and youth initiative at the link in my bio.
I'd love all women and girls to experience how powerful our bodies are. Thank you @WomensHealthMag and @LizPlosser! Loved this shoot. So great to talk about feminine strength and self care. http://bit.ly/whdanai #WHStrong

Growing up at a time when you didn’t often see yourself represented in popular media, #EbonyMagazine was always that source of edification celebrating Black voices, history, and achievements. Really enjoyed shooting this cover and sharing my story with them. Thanks so much @ebonymagazine!
We’re talking “STEM & Sisterhood” in May’s LOVE OUR GIRLS newsletter. Who better to pen the introduction than the incredible @letitiawright, “Shuri” herself?! Read her take on what it meant to rep girls in tech in her groundbreaking role in #BlackPanther. Learn about our Featured organization “Black Girls CODE”; its founder Kimberly Bryant, and the amazing things they’re doing to equip and inspire underrepresented girls to change the tech game.
