At Eataly Boston we love pasta! Our staple restaurant La Pizza and La Pasta offers delicious pasta dishes like this one featured in our picture: #Linguine allo Scoglio, Rigorosa linguine with clams, celery leaf, chili, and breadcrumbs. ⠀
⠀
.⠀
.⠀
.⠀
.⠀
EAT: To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh #pasta made daily at our fresh pasta counter and air-dried and bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy. Regardless, our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional Italian sauces. ⠀
Our housemade selection of pasta shapes is inspired by regions and seasons. Each of our handmade shapes is inspired by the traditions of a different Italian region: garganelli hail from Emilia Romagna, orecchiette from Puglia, gnocchi sardi from Sardegna, and so on.⠀
