Sacred Heart exchange in action: our Forest Ridge students joined forces with their host students and other German 11th grade government students for a discussion of populism in government and presentation on the topic Populism: a threat to Democracy? for various countries. Thanks to the Sophie-Barat-Schule and Herr Richter!
Congratulations to the 8th grade on promoting to High School! We can’t wait to see what you achieve in the years ahead!
That’s a wrap on the 2017-2018 school year! We wish all of our students a summer full of rest and fun! We will see you in August!
The 6th grade has some serious green thumbs! They checked up on the potatoes they planted last month, and found some amazing growth!
Congratulations Class of 2018! We are so proud of you!
The Class of 2018 celebrated their final mass at Forest Ridge today, Baccalaureate Mass. Tomorrow is the big day! We can’t wait to celebrate our graduates tomorrow!
The sixth graders are working on a collaborative chalk mural just outside the sixth grade classrooms (feel free to visit it the next time you're on campus). They have designed, directed and created the mural entirely themselves, and they were inspired by their first night on their class trip at Camp Orkila while watching the sunset over the water. Amazing to see the initiative and leadership the sixth grade artists are taking in this end-of-year project!
Inspired by St. Madeleine Sophie, the 5th grade spent the day in retreat, reflecting on how they can use their gifts to make the world a better place. The students did a reflection on St. Madeleine Sophie’s writings, a May Crowning with Mater, planted lupines on the carpool drive by the chapel, and did a held a recognition ceremony in the chapel.
Surprise spirit week success! Such a fun way to finish off the school year! Thank you to all of the student leaders and faculty and staff who helped turn The Ridge into a beach getaway all week with sno-cones, dunk tank fun and a Hawaiian luau lunch!
High School Outdoor Ed enjoyed a beautiful afternoon hike to Gold’s Pond! There’s still a few excursions left before the end of the year, and it’s not too late to join!

Did you know Forest Ridge has its own honey factory? Our 200,000 bees are working hard to produce honey right here on campus! Thank you to Bob the Beekeeper from @urbanbeeco for all of the amazing info he shared with students and staff this morning while he checked up on the health of our hives! 🐝 🍯
