Robert and Kathy Twible from East Meadow, NY have created a warm and inviting home with their daughter Allison and their son Robbie. Robbie was born with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare skin disease that causes his skin to blister or tear from minor friction. His room was playing a dual purpose — part bedroom, part doctor’s office. When @georgeoliphant and his team came to the rescue, they were able to conceal the medical supplies and create a space for Robbie to grow in. But of course George can’t just do one bedroom! The team also found time to transform the family bathroom into a sleek space that can accommodate all the Twibles. #transformationtuesday
#TransformationTuesday -- Andy and Sally Davis’s home in Fanwood, NJ is full of love shaped by their close-knit family. Their eldest, Matty, was born with a neurological disorder, but along with the support from his sisters and parents he has surpassed his development expectations. In recent years, they have outgrown their tiny kitchen; but when George and his team came to their rescue, they created a beautiful coastal kitchen and living room space that will be used for years to come.
Happy Thanksgiving from @georgeoliphant and the George to the Rescue family!
#transformationtuesday - Curtis and Patricia Brown are high school sweethearts and have raised their two wonderful daughters in their Amityville, NY home. After many happy years in the home, Curtis suffered a stroke. Since returning home, they have turned one of their daughter’s bedrooms into his recovery space/man cave. When George and his team came to their rescue, they upgraded Curtis’ space and created a special master bedroom for the sweet couple.
Twin brothers Matt and Dan take care of their mother Terry, who has ALS.
Due to the sudden development of her illness, their house needed significant accessibility-related modifications. George Oliphant and his team helped make the house more comfortable, safe, and spacious. They also accepted the “Ice Bucket Challenge” to raise important awareness for the ALS Association.
#TransformationTuesday - Steven and Robin have lived in New Jersey with three kids and two rescue dogs since 2013. Their growing family is in need of additional gathering space. George Oliphant and his team came to their rescue and transformed an unused/unsafe sun porch into a seamless space that will enhance and unite their home.
