Memorandum of Understanding between Greentech Malaysia and Negeri Sembilan State Government in collaboration to implement and deliver green concepts and green technology enablers as part of sustainable development under the Low Carbon City Framework for Malaysia Vision Valley Project.

Greentech Malaysia was represented by its Acting CEO, Syed Ahmad bin Syed Mustafa while MVV Holdings was represented by Head of Secretariat  MVV, Ab.Rahim bin Ab. Rahman and the exchange of MOU was witnessed by Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, YAB Tuan Haji Aminuddin bin Harun.
