Been working loads the past few days so only got time for 15 min workouts 😂🙈 but try out these abs exercises! I superset a lot of them! The last exercise is my fav for abs I always feel it burn soooo much 🙆🏼 did like 4 sets if 12/15 for everything ❤️

FULL BODY WORKOUT IN ONLY 30 MIN. ⏰🤛
This is a great way to burst out a workout when your time is limited - using almost your whole body! 
1️⃣BACK - TRICEPS (4 sets of 20 reps/each) 
This is a very time efficient way to hit both back and tricep in one fluid movement. Try it! 
2️⃣BOOTY - LEGS - ABS (3 sets of 1 minute each. 15 sec rest between sets)
Single leg glute bridge into ab crunch. Holding a medicine ball with your resting leg to force your hamstring to flex and hold during the whole set - exhausting!!!
3️⃣LEGS - BOOTY - BICEPS - SHOULDERS (4 sets of 1 minute each. 30sec rest between sets)
Wawawoooom this movement will make you SWEAT! You’re using the power of almost your whole body here so prepare to crawl home later - lol!!
4️⃣HAMSTRINGS - BOOTY - BACK & A LIL’ BICEPS (4 sets of 15 reps).
Straight deadlifts into a dumbbell row. Another great way to combine two exercises in one fluid movement. Save time,  work up a sweat and burn calories by keeping a solid tempo.
