Today we remember those who lost their lives on this day 16 years ago. After the 9/11 attacks, our founder Zach Morton decided to join the Navy Seals. Thank you to Zach and all of his fellow service men and women who fought for this country. We will never forget.
We had a great time at the Higher Mile and Christ the King 5k this morning!! Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this event possible!

Zach had the pleasure of working with the men's and women's XC teams at the University of Washington's preseason camp. We enjoyed a long run on the Humptulip trails followed by a BUDs style workout on the beach. Shout out to @jzdrake and @coachmetcalf for the invite!
