Another superb sandwich today from @147deli on Parnell Street. A feast in the porchetta, black pudding, cauliflower and bechamel special. If you love a good sambo you need to pay them a visit.

The Flanagans are doing a great job at this busy pub and it’s good to see their hard work bringing success – their ongoing development and improvement of both the food and drinks offering is a credit to all concerned.
The cooking is firmly grounded in local and other Irish artisan foods, and there’s not only an extensive online Supplier List proudly highlighting the producers of their valued ingredients and craft drinks, but the menu also state unequivocally that ‘All our beef is 100% Irish’  and each page specifies the provenance of the meats used.

Congratulations to Jess Murphy of @Kai_galway whose Pork Ramen with Bord Bia Quality Assured Eggs is 
the winning dish in the ‘Eggs for Anytime’ Chef Competition. 
The competition run by @Bordbia and the Irish Egg Association invited chefs from around the country to embrace the versatility of eggs and create a delicious recipe with Bord Bia Quality Assured eggs that would feature on their restaurant menu, outside of breakfast and brunch.

@viewmounthouse House in Longford for their Six Minute Egg and Jerusalem Artichoke.
