Surprise!!! Happy New Year❤️❤️❤️❤️
Shirataki noodles with chicken kale burger and veges!!
Sprayed Pam in non stick pan. Drained and washed off shirataki. Put shirataki in pan and crumbled chicken burger into shirataki. 
On side I cut up carrots and sprayed with a little olive oil and baked at 425 degrees until softish. Cut up and threw into shirataki/chicken burger. Delicious!😘
Today's lunch! Left over spaghetti squash with spinach burger in top!❤️️❤️️
Spaghetti squash with mushrooms and spinach and white meat ground chicken with tomato sauce on top!! Yummy❤️❤️❤️
