These are my people. Nothing like celebrating friends and I was so happy to celebrate Krysta’s birthday with her and her friends - who have hence become my friends. 😻
When I watched 11.22.63 a few years ago, I didn’t realize it was a novel first by none other than Stephen King. So I was very excited to pick up 11/22/63 from the library recently. And let me tell you, the mini-series doesn’t even hold a flame! This novel is so fantastic and I highly recommend it.
I’m so happy I got to see this beautiful angel baby today! I miss you so much, Jackie girl.
Happy #nationalbookloversday! A day made just for me and all my happy little bookaholics. 🤗 Look, I don’t care where I am - I will always have a book with me. Tell me your favorite thing about being a book lover!
I would like to have used Prague Spring to fulfill the prompt “a book set in a country that fascinates you,” but if I’m being totally honest, I knew (and still know) next to nothing about Prague or the country it resides in (the Czech Republic), so it didn’t seem fair to use it for the prompt. Anyways, I’ve reviewed it over on the blog. It’s certainly categorized as historical fiction (not my favorite genre, as mentioned before) but still a pretty good book. *e-galley received in exchange for an honest review.
If you’re interested in my complaints and demands for MoviePass 🍿, head on over to the blog. I’ve got a lot to say.
I have all the mushy gushy things to say about J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter changing my life. You’ve heard it all before. So for now I’ll just say happy birthday to two of my favorite people to ever exist and share this corny video of me entering Platform 9 3/4 for the first time. (Please note, I starting crying as soon as we entered King’s Cross Station and cried *happy tears* for a good portion of the entire trip.)
I’ve been gobbling down the products I received in this month’s @fitsnack box. Head over to the blog to see what I got and to get 30% off your first month! [AD] #fitsnackambassador
Hidden Bodies is the follow up to You, which I loved so much. I would have preferred this one as a stand-alone, because it seemed a bit inconsistent with its predecessor, but overall it was a pretty good book. Just a bit disappointing as a follow up.
YOU GUYS! This book is hands down one of the best books I’ve read this year. It’s shocking, creepy, and perfect for the Spooky Mulder in all of us. Check out the blog for a full review!
Take me back to the pool. Please. .

Check out my review of the Glitch by Elisabeth Cohen, on the blog today. Thanks to @doubledaybooks for this book and gorgeous scarf, which both came in an awesome summer giveaway box!
I’ve got a brand new book review up on the blog, and this one’s a little different because it came from a friend and with some gifts! Check it out.
