Go a step above. The Shishito Sour is a gourmand’s dream, with tangy lemon and smoky shishito peppers.
- 2 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 shishito pepper, sliced
- 1 egg white
Muddle the shishito pepper with lemon juice and simple syrup. Mix the egg white in a shaker until frothy. Add the shishito mixture, Kikori Whiskey, and ice to the egg white, shake vigorously, then double strain into a glass and garnish. #KikoriRecipes #KikoriWhiskey

September is #NationalRiceMonth! Kikori is produced from 100% rice. Associated with life & fertility, rice is the most commonly eaten staple food in Japan. Celebrate with the RINGO cocktail:
•1.5 oz of Kikori Whiskey
•1.5 oz of Rice apple milk*
•1 oz of Cinnamon apple tea
•0.5 oz of simple syrup
*Rice Apple Milk - Heat rice milk and 4 slices of apples, simmer until apples are soft, then strain and cool.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, strain into a glass, over ice.  Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. #KikoriCocktails
