“Walking in to any gym when you’re first starting out your fitness journey is the worst! I’ve been to every gym in Miami; you name it, I’ve been there! Once I signed the contract, their concerns for my health and “support” was gone. I would have trainers leave me at machines for 15mins, while they were on the phone or flirting with members.
