El haberme integrado a la familia de Legacy Fit Doral ha sido una bendición y un cambio en mi vida. Aprendí a hacer las paces con el gimnasio, este sistema de ejercicios es completo, no es aburrido,  es súper energético. No importa si eres una persona fit o nunca antes habías pisado un gimnasio, esto es para todo el mundo, los entrenadores trabajan contigo ves los resultados rapido. Denise, Xuan (@dxnodaysoff) , Nicolle (@coach.nicky180) y Eduardo (@master.of.the.artz) son maravillosos, te apoyan, te motivan y notas el cariño inmediatamente. El ejercicio no solo me hace bien a nivel físico y mental pero también me motivó a cambiar mis hábitos de alimentación.  Esto no fue una resolución de principio de año, yo comencé en Octubre del año pasado, y lo que quiero decir con esto es que cualquier día es bueno para comenzar, no hay excusas! #NoDaysOff
