Lunch that was packed for S.
South Indian style fried rice with whatever vegetables were in stock made with brown rice and radish raita to go with the bit spicy rice.

Palak corn, a simple straight dish with not much of masalas jus the red chilli flakes and some salt cooked in ghee to go with phulkas.

Well marinated paneer cubes, broccoli, cauliflower florets, bell peppers, onion, tomato cubes in yogurt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi and pepper powder mix. Roasted in grill pan until lightly charred.

For the dip, mint leaves, feta cheese, a tbsp yogurt, green chillies were pulsed until smooth. .

Baby Potato Green Peas Roast (boiled potatoes and peas pan roasted with spices)

Millet Roti (3/4 portion millet flour with 1/4 portion of atta) *Salad and Buttermilk

I ate eggs, salad, gulped a glass of buttermilk and couple of potatoes😂 see wat you did  @aparnarajeshkumar while S enjoyed his potatoes with roti and some egg curry.
