CALL FOR ARTISTS: Artists, artist teams and/or arts organizations are invited to submit qualifications for Neighborhood Lights 2018! Selected artists will work directly with one of 12 participating neighborhoods to create an illuminated public project within the neighborhood of their residency. The twelve participating neighborhoods for 2018 are: Brooklyn/Curtis Bay, Belair-Edison, Bromo Arts District, Federal Hill, Hamilton-Lauraville, Highlandtown, Hollins Roundhouse/Southwest Baltimore, Locust Point, Patterson Park, Pigtown/Washington Village, Remington and Waverly.
