I have been making this salad from a very long time, but there is something special in it today, the dressing, if you’re following my stories, you probably know what I am talking about. Bingo!! Pomegranate Molasses, I came across this sauce few months ago, as I saw few really tempting recipes out of it, though I couldn’t try any of those till this date and the bottle-full of pomegranate molasses had been lying in my fridge unused. Finally I decided to open it and make the easiest dish using this ruby red sauce. How beautifully it replaces any vinegar or lemon juice from the basic ingredients of salad dressing. I have a feeling that this thick tangy sauce gonna be one of my favorite ingredient. Strange isn't it? many things in life we tend to ignore until one fine day we wake up with strong liking towards it 🙈
Mention one ingredient that's been lying in your pantry for a long time and you have no idea what to do with it 😂
🍁To make this salad 
1 apple sliced 
1 pear sliced 
7-8 strawberries sliced 
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves 
1/2 cup roasted crushed pecans 
1 tsp red chile flakes (optional)
Dressing 
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses 
1/2 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey 
1 tsp mix herbs
1/2 tsp salt 
In a small bowl combine the pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, salt, honey and herbs, whisk until the salt is dissolved.
Whisk in the olive oil and let vinaigrette stand at room temperature until salad is assembled.
Combine apple, pear, strawberries and spinach in a large salad bowl. 
Gently toss the salad, coating the ingredients well with the vinaigrette. If the salad seems dry, add the vinaigrette in small increments until it is dressed to your liking.
Serve immediately with red chile flakes and roasted pecans.

Hard-Boiled Egg and Herb Toast
A perfect breakfast to start a cold morning. I have bought freshly baked multigrain loaf from @sultan_center , love the texture and freshness 👌🏻
To make this, Take a slice of multigrain bread, toast it then spread a spoonful of @puckarabia Labneh(Turkish Recipe ),arrange slices of hard boiled eggs, season it with #chefpaulprudhomme herbal seasoning blend,some spanish black olives and finally before serving, drizzle it with olive oil🤩
A flavorful and healthy breakfast is ready in no time !!

Biscoff (Lotus) Shrikhand @lotusbiscoff 
As it's an incredibly simple dessert to prepare, any crowd you serve will be amazed by your creativity. The first thing I tried with Biscoff spread was Biscoff Cheese Cake and it turned out so good that I have became a fan of this ultimate spread. While trying all possible desserts out of this spread, Biscoff Shrikhand was a huge success. Biscoff and Hung curd(Greek yogurt) together gives a delicious texture and superb flavor, one portion won’t be enough for me 😋I bet you won’t stop either 🙌🏻 Easy and quick recipe of Lotus or Biscoff Shrikhand 
Ingredients 
1 cup Hung curd or Greek Yogurt 
1 cup Biscoff Spread 
1/2 cup Lotus biscuit crumbs 
4-5 walnuts crushed 
Fresh Blueberries (optional )

Instruction 
Microwave Biscoff spread for 30sec until it melts into thin consistency.
In a serving glass , create bottom layer with Lotus biscuit crumbs , walnuts and blueberries,pour 1 tbsp melted biscoff spread on top of it .
Mix remaining  biscoff spread ( save it little for garnishing it later) with Greek yogurt (Hung curd ), blend it completely, create the second layer in serving glass with this .
Served it topped with some lotus biscuits crumbs , walnuts and Biscoff spread .

If you say healthy and delicious  energy bars the first thing that pops up in my mind is these decadent Gol papadis . They are mainly made of two ingredients, jaggery and brown flour and yes I have added considerable quantity of Ghee in it. I have received so many requests for it’s recipe, so check this easy and quick recipe for these melt in mouth Jaggery bars.
I have done few changes in this than the recipe I have posted earlier on my website . .
🍁Ingredients 
1 cup brown flour 
1 /2 cup samolina ( rava )
1 cup crushed jaggery 
1/2 cup clarified ghee 
1 tsp cardamom powder 
1/4 cup powdered milk mawa (2tbsp nido powdered milk mixed with 100ml of  warm fresh milk and some sugar,cook it in a microwave for 1-2 min and mix it well. You can use fresh mawa , I have used this as fresh mawa  is not available here )
Crushed almonds,some raisins and pistachios for garnishing .
. 🍁Instruction 
Mix brown flour and semolina thoroughly keep it aside,in a heavy bottom pan heat half quantity of ghee and roast flour-semolina mixture and cardamom powder until you get the nice sweet aroma . Now keep this roasted mixture aside , in a same pan take remaining ghee , add jaggery and cook it until it melts and combines with ghee completely . Add flour-semolina mixture into this and give it a good stir . Add Nido milk mawa, again mix it well till it forms smooth mixture. Add all the dry fruits , keep little for later to garnish on top . 
Now take a round plate and shift this prepared Gol papadi mixture in it , spread it evenly and cut it into small square pieces . Let it cool for an hour and It is done 😍
You can store it for days and make it little warm in microwave before serving❤️

If you are looking out for warm welcome drink for those cosy winter eve gatherings then you should try this Coconut Hot Chocolate drink that will warm you right up. I have been making normal Hot chocolate for a while but never tried making it with coconut milk and can’t believe how incredible it tastes . Of course with less calories and fat than regular milk, coconut milk tastes so luscious with dark cocoa !!
Quick recipe here you go 😀
Serves 2 cups

Ingredient 
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder 
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
1 tsp shaved dark chocolate 
1/4 cup thick whipped cream 
Instruction 
Warm coconut milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in dark cocoa powder and sugar until thoroughly combined. Continue to cook until warm throughout.
Serve topped with fresh whipped cream , a pinch of cinnamon and shaved dark chocolates .

Easy and quick recipe for this homemade Gulab Jamuns❤️
Take 1 cup milk powder add 1/6 tsp baking soda , 1 tbsp maida , 1tbsp ghee mix it and  make dough using 2 tbsp warm milk ( optional I took rose flavored milk ), dough should be soft add more milk if needed.Rest it for 10min, meanwhile make sugar syrup 2 cup water add 1 cup sugar some pods of cardamom and 1 tsp rose water, allow sugar to dissolve. Simmer for 10 min , remove from the stove and set aside.
Now making the balls , grease ur palm with oil and pinch marble sized piece of dough and roll them smooth round balls.Make sure the balls are small as they double in size once fried and soaked in syrup.and it should be smooth without any cracks as they will split and crumble when deep frying.Heat oil over slow to medium flame.Drop one ball into it and check and reduce flame if the dough colouring quickly.Fry Jamuns untill golden brown color. Saok them in the warm sugar syrup.Let it soak in syrup overnight or atleast 2-3 hours before serving.
