A healthy body fat percentage is vital for good health.

Fat in the body is responsible for many important physiological functions, to mention a few:

- temperature regulation;
- cushioning the vital organs;
- maintaining a healthy nervous system;
- maintaining optimum hormone levels;
- production of enzymes;&
- source of energy.

In case of a woman, the healthy fat range is required for a regular monthly mensuration cycle, childbearing and timely(not early) menopause.

In the case of a man, the healthy fat range is required to keep high testosterone levels and optimum reproductive cell counts.

Sleep early to wake up early with ease.

Apply this to children's bedtime too to have them wake up calm and happy.

Start by going to bed 30 minutes prior to your usual bedtime and set the morning alarm accordingly. Give yourself 1 -2 weeks with this, before rescheduling by another 30 minutes. Continue until you have reached your desired wake up time.

Avoid using all screens (phones, laptops, tv etc) 1 hour prior to your bedtime.

Reading a book may help to fall asleep.

My weight now is around 63.5 kgs;
Waist circumference has reduced to 31" from 36”; and

When I contacted you for the Online Weight loss program, I had lost a few kilos already. I had gone to a dietician where she would give me a diet program weekly. (Due respect to her) yes, I lost weight but didn't know what I was eating and what I was losing.

As we started your program I was expecting a diet chart after the first session and was surprised when I was not given one. But by the end of the last session, I knew largely (i won't say everything) about food. I had a clear picture of what to eat and what not to.

BIBLE RULES FOR A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUT / RUN
.
Any good workout or run must have the following 3 components:
.
1. Warm-up: This is often neglected and skipped either due to over-enthusiasm or is considered childish. (I once overheard a teenager that a warm-up is for kids). I would rather say if you want to look and feel like a professional then please warm-up for 7-10minutes to prepare the body for the main workout/run.
.
2. Workout: Do a focused workout, minus the gossips, phones calls or chats and long rests.
.
3. Cooldown: If you are breathless due to the intense workout then first catch your breath by simply walking around and then get down to stretching. Stretching helps the muscles get their length back, this also increases the range of motion of the joints. A good post-workout stretch helps in flushing the lactic acid and reducing the chances of bad soreness too.
