Hustle, grind, hard work, etc - are all the words that have become very popular in recent months. Somehow, sleep has become a thing for the weak.

Throughout animal kingdom, for example, male lions sleep 20 hours a day. The other 4 hours, they go to work(sounds nice😂).

The point is your body needs rest. Getting a good night sleep will only help your hustle, and grind. If you aren't well rested, you are going to waste a lot of time trying to figure out little things. Not to mention the cortisol and stress your body will be under.

So, for your sake, try to get a good night sleep because it will only accelerate your hustle/grind.
