Cinnamon Pear Crumble:
4 pears (cut into little pieces)
2 tsp. @naturevibeusa Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp. honey
Dash of Himalayan pink salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F. In a saucepan, stir together the first three ingredients, cover, and let cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. In a bowl, stir together the rest of the ingredients until mixture becomes crumbly. Take pears off heat, pour into an 8x8, top with crumble, and bake for 15 minutes. Cinnamon Apple Pie Crumble Bars 🍎
Crust:
2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup gf rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
Filling:
3 small-medium apples cored and chopped
1/4 cup almond milk
8 pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix the crust ingredients except applesauce in a bowl, the fold in applesauce. Pack 2/3 of the crust mixture into an even layer in the baking dish.
Blend filling ingredients in a food processor and spread on top of the crust layer (i didn’t use about 1/4 cup of the filling). Sprinkle the rest of the crust over the top and 1/2 an apple chopped. 
Bake for 45 minutes, let cool completely, and then place in fridge to set overnight (or at least 4 hours) before slicing. *Store in fridge but highly recommend heating up your slice before eating!* 😱 | #cleaneatsbytay

R E C I P E:
▸ 4 tbs  apple flour
▸ 1/2 cup of egg whites
▸ 1/2 tsp baking powder
▸ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▸ 1 tbs  collagen powder (optional)
▸ lots & lots of cinnamon
Blend all of the ingredients together. Cook over low/med heat with coconut oil, flipping sides. Then top with whatever you want!
