As much as we want to avoid single-use items, it can be hard to do. Single-use creates lots of waste and should be avoided as much as possible.

TRUE. In the world of an over-thinker, you will always have thoughts of things that may not even happen. there is not wrong with expressing how you feel. It's ok to be stressed, confused or not have the answer. You feelings are valid!

Part 42 of the yoga/stretch series: keep it simple
•
•
Sometimes the things we need to daily can be simple tasks such as brush your teeth, take a shower or eat to name a few. We can apply this mindset so many other things like yoga and stretching.
•
•
Two tips to keep in mind •
•
1️⃣ set amount time to stretch 🧘🏾‍♂️ Anywhere from 5 - 30mins. Once you have an amount of time, you make sure daily you reach this goal. Once you've nailed 5 mins daily, you can increase over time.

2️⃣ creating a space in the day for stretching 🧘🏾‍♂️ Break at work, finishing a workout session, before watching tv or before you go to bed. Look at these as good reminders to stretch for the day.

what has a mistake taught you?
•
•
•

We all have made mistakes but do we learn from them? The biggest thing i keep in mind with errors is why did it happen? What can i do to improve? Will i repeat this? Taking accountability for the situation is the first step to improvement.with the problem identified finding the course best course of action and developing a plan are the things i would focus on next.mistakes are bound to happen, but we don't need to make the same mistakes over and over.

How do you keep active ?

Shout out to all the people who are joining the gym and being more active. Regardless of your goals don't ever let someone downplay the work you put in. We all work out for different reasons, and they are not always for aesthetics.
You will hear people comment on your journey and not even know the story. The comment I always get is he's got muscle due to genetics. While I do build muscle pretty easy, I put in a lot of hard work. I will never let anyone take away my hard work with a lame comment and you shouldn’t either. Keep enjoying what you love and always move your body ✌🏾💪🏾 -BT
Would you try a beyond burger?

Happy new year! Today marks 7 years of being vegan. The best decision I have made for the animals. Each day reminded each day why I do it. It seems like more options are popping up each year and more companies are getting on board.
@carlsjr now offers the beyond burger at their restaurant, and this is huge to introduce people to plant-based options. •
