There was a time I didn’t want to take many chances .playing it safe.Even with travel I  barely went anywhere until I a friend offered their couch to me to check out Portland . Now it’s weird if I’m not out there exploring a different city or state. I know money is major why people don’t travel very often but you can make travel affordable.
Never mistake cat loaf for bread. The moral of the story is never be under carbed ! 😹
Happy Juneteenth! June 19th, 1865 Galveston, Texas finally was notified that President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation. They were last to find out two years after it passed. i think we all know how horrible slavery is and the things my ancestors went through so I can have the freedom to live the life I want is never forgotten and appreciated every day. I'm loving Juneteenth is being recognized each year and this day in history is being celebrated. Keep fighting for equality for all πŸ‘ŠπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎβœŠπŸΎ#juneteenth
Don’t feel like drinking your smoothie? Why not a smoothie bowl? Usually banana ice cream #nicecream but let’s be real it doesn't have the consistency of ice cream πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ no matter what you call it all you need to make these are frozen bananas as your base, water, and blend. You can add other fruits such as berries to make it sweeter πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ perfect for these warm summer days 😎

This exercise is the hack squat. With a leg or knee injury you still want to strengthen your legs and this movement will help with that. The hack squat is a sled that you squat at a 45 degree angle . This helps me still work my quads,hamstrings and glutes with my current range of motion. Even through injuries, we can always improve to the best of our abilities πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ‘ŠπŸΎ the road to full recovery continues .
If you could pick one fruit to have in a smoothie what would it be? Mine would be mango πŸ₯­ any other team mango folks?

Mono meal smoothies are great if you have a favorite fruit you love, or you are purchasing what’s in season. All your doing is adding one fruit, water, and blend. I know on instagram if you searched the #smoothies it might overwhelm you with all the different combinations but really it’s  super simple. β€’

Let’s start with more fruits and vegetables. Most people have a problem getting enough of their daily amount of fruit and veggies. With a smoothie, you can pack lots of fruit and veggies in one meal. I would suggest bananas and spinach as the base due to blending in deliciously taste wise. Play around with different fruit and veggies r se what you like best.
