Some pre-dinner snack is going down riiiiight now. πŸ™ŒπŸ’ƒ And let me just say that mixing a whole bunch of chopped/sliced olives into pretty OK hummus makes for the BEST hummus evaaaa. Ending the BEST weekend with some chocolate and some peanut butter 😍😍 Seriously though -- I forgot that I've been keeping a super super secret stash of flourless black bean peanut butter swirl brownies in the freezer for a 'just in case' or 'special moment' and tonight I am definitely not mad about stumbling upon them in the freezer when looking for something to make for dinner. PB and Chocolate FTW!! πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹.

I am absolutely and completely 100% obsessed with stir fry dinners πŸ™ŠπŸ˜‹ Any veggie combo. Any grain to put under those saucy vegetables.
